TIMER MEMBERS WILL DISCUSS THIS PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS IN ORDER TO BUILD A GUIDELINES PLAN THAT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO YOU FOR APPROVAL

ONCE THE GUIDELINE PLAN IS APPROVED, TIMER WILL ACCOMPANY THE DESIGN PROCESS TOWARDS ITS GOALS UNDER STRICT SCHEDULE DISCIPLINE

TIMER WILL ACCOMPANY THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION PROCESS
